Congress Chief Mallikarjun Kharge on Saturday questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his failure to go to ethnically charged Manipur, information company ANI reported. Talking with media, Kharge stated: “Unlucky incidents befell in Manipur; PM speaks in all places, does photograph classes however doesn’t go to that state. On Saturday, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge spelled out the political agenda for Rahul Gandhi’s impending Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra.
