Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir police have arrested Advocate Mian Muzaffar, the nephew of former Bar president Advocate Mian Qayoom, underneath the Public Security Act (PSA), in accordance with relations. Muzaffar was apprehended from his residence at roughly 1:00 AM, sources reported.
