Rajya Sabha Chairman and Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar on Saturday slammed the Opposition for disrupting Parliamentary proceedings throughout a dialogue on the Bharat Ratna award for former Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh. Earlier within the proceedings, Opposition raised objections as RLD chief Jayant Chaudhary was allowed to discuss his grandfather being honoured with Bharat Ratna Award by VP Dhankar.
