New Delhi: The Congress celebration in Madhya Pradesh is gearing up for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, with plans to declare its candidates for the remaining 18 seats within the state on Tuesday. A senior celebration functionary stated on Monday that the Central Election Committee (CEC) will convene to finalise the third record of nominees for the April-Could polls. Notably, The grand outdated celebration has left one seat, Khajuraho, bordering Uttar Pradesh, for its I.N.D.I.A. bloc companion Samajwadi Social gathering which is but to announce its candidate for the constituency.
Madhya Pradesh has 29 Lok Sabha seats, and the BJP has already nominated candidates for all constituencies. In the meantime, Congress has solely unveiled 10 names to date, leaving 18 candidates but to be finalised. To handle this, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge is slated to preside over a Central Election Committee (CEC) assembly on Tuesday in New Delhi. This assembly goals to make the ultimate selections relating to the remaining Lok Sabha seats in Madhya Pradesh, as confirmed by KK Mishra, the celebration’s state unit media cell chief, to PTI.
In keeping with Mishra, the screening committee has already submitted the candidates’ names to the celebration’s ballot panel. He expressed confidence that the remaining candidates can be nominated by the celebration on Tuesday, mentioning that their chief Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Nyay Yatra has concluded. He firmly dismissed any hypothesis suggesting that senior Congress leaders in Madhya Pradesh have been hesitant to contest the upcoming Lok Sabha polls because of the celebration’s underwhelming efficiency within the meeting elections held in November final 12 months.

No Dearth Of Leaders In Congress’s MP Unit: KK Mishra
Mishra alleged the BJP was behind the creation of such a notion of the Congress. “There isn’t a dearth of leaders within the Madhya Pradesh Congress. These are accusations of the BJP which itself has run out of leaders. And that’s the reason they’re shopping for our leaders”, he alleged.

The lone seat retained by the Congress was Chhindwara, the stronghold of celebration stalwart Kamal Nath. Notably, Nath’s son, Nakul Nath, emerged victorious from this constituency. Within the upcoming elections, Nakul Nath has been nominated once more because the Congress candidate from Chhindwara.
