“I’m completely satisfied that my suspension has been roved and I wish to thank the Supreme Courtroom and Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar…” the AAP MP added.
Chadha was suspended on costs of not taking consent from 5 Rajya Sabha MPs earlier than together with their names in a choose committee after which he filed a petition within the Supreme Courtroom.
In his plea, Chadha challenged that the Chairman of the Home can not order suspension of a member pending inquiry, significantly, when the Committee on Privileges is already seized of the investigation on the exact same challenge.
