Bengaluru Information: A 32-year-old man, recognized as Shabarish, succumbed to accidents on 2nd November after allegedly accepting a dare to take a seat on a field of firecrackers set to blow up, police revealed on Monday. The tragic incident, which occurred on Deepavali, concerned Shabarish and 6 pals, all reportedly intoxicated on the time.
In line with police, the group of pals gathered in Bengaluru’s Konanakunte space on thirty first October, dared Shabarish to take a seat atop a field of lit firecrackers. Severely injured, Shabarish was instantly rushed to a close-by hospital by his pals. Regardless of medical intervention, he succumbed to his accidents on 2nd November, police confirmed.
The Konanakunte police have arrested all six pals concerned within the incident. Deputy Commissioner of Police (South Bengaluru), Lokesh Jagalasar, confirmed the arrests and acknowledged that the accused had been charged with culpable murder and produced earlier than the courtroom, PTI reported.
