Seven newborns tragically died after an enormous fireplace broke out at an toddler care hospital in Delhi’s Vivek Vihar on Saturday evening. In response to an ANI report, upon receiving the data, police and 16 fireplace tenders reached New Born Child Care Hospital, and doused the fireplace utterly, which helped them to rescue the 12 infants who have been rushed to a different hospital.
Reacting to the incident, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal stated that the explanations for the accident are beneath probe and people chargeable for negligence won’t be spared.
In a social media publish on X, Kejriwal stated: “This incident of fireside in a kids’s hospital is heartbreaking. All of us stand with those that misplaced their harmless kids on this accident. Authorities and administration officers are busy offering remedy to the injured on the spot. The causes of the incident are being investigated and whoever is chargeable for this negligence won’t be spared.”
