Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena affirmed on Saturday that the subsidy schemes for electrical energy, water, and bus fares within the nationwide capital will persist, disregarding speculations of their cessation on account of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s incarceration. Saxena dismissed such notions as politically motivated, emphasising that these schemes transcend celebration strains and are endorsed by each the central authorities and the Lt Governor’s workplace.

Delhi minister Saurabh Bharadwaj hailed Saxena’s assurance as a triumph for Kejriwal and affirmed the dedication of the AAP authorities to proceed its public welfare initiatives. “Delhi’s Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal Ji had promised the folks of Delhi that whether or not he’s exterior the jail or inside, he is not going to let the work of the folks of Delhi cease,” Bharadwaj said in a post on X.

Saxena, in his assertion, reassured the folks of Delhi that the subsidy schemes benefiting the underprivileged would persist, urging them to ignore deceptive rumours. He underscored that these schemes are funded by the taxes contributed by the folks of Delhi to the Nationwide Capital Territory of Delhi’s consolidated fund.
Bharadwaj remarked, “Those that used to say that they won’t let the federal government run from jail, they too have accepted defeat. They accepted that the work of Delhi wouldn’t cease, the Kejriwal authorities will run from jail. Work will proceed.”
In mild of Saxena’s assertion, Saurabh Bharadwaj lauded the resilience of CM Kejriwal’s imaginative and prescient, highlighting, “The ideology which used to name free water and free electrical energy as ‘revadi’ is immediately promising the folks of Delhi that nobody can cease Arvind Kejriwal’s schemes”, as quoted by PTI.
